Plastic extrusion is the process of passing thermoplastic material through a heated screw, where it is fluidized and kneaded, then compressed through a die to obtain the desired shape. The result is an extruded plastic shape of great length, with different profiles: tube, solid shape (rod), technical profile…

We put our know-how at your service for the plastic extrusion of tubes and other profiles, in various materials (POM, PA, PP, PVC, TPE…) for use in industry (fluid or gas transport), or as a support for furniture, decoration, leisure… Extruded profiles and tubes can then be overbraided, in partnership with Promotress, also a member of the Gauthier Group.

Extrusion is carried out in France, in our manufacturing workshop in Ambert (63). Our extruder is also at your service for plastic subcontracting.
